Orchard House offers roomy suites with fabulous views either to the south over Beacon Hill Park and the Strait of Juan de Fuca, or north over Victoria’s Inner Harbour, the city and mountains beyond. Even snow-capped Mount Baker is visible off to the east.
These photos show the tower, the laundry room, the front entrance, two of four garage entrances (two car doors for the levels below grade, and two doors serve the at-grade level off Young Street), a typical hallway, the hot tub and a view of the large lobby with the office. The large Victorian house is the original Orchard House that once stood here, pictured in the early 1900s. Before that the site looked like the wild sections of Beacon Hill Park, crossed by Native-made paths connecting local villages.
