The website advocates for provincial law to give all B.C. long-term residential lessees basic tenant protections, including the right to disclosure about the spending of their money and some limit on suite-fee and capital-expense billings. A summary of needed regulation can be found here.
WWW.OrchardHouseLeaseholder.ca also provides in-house information for the building’s lessees, for prospective lessees and even renters, and is a platform for my comments, which are mine alone and cannot be attributed to the Association, which leaves editorial control with me. Let me know of any error of fact, which I will gladly correct.
